• Before-School Care provides a calm environment where students can read, review homework, and prepare for the day. 

All before- and after-school supports follow the Comprehensive School Safety Plan. Students are supervised at all times, with secure check-in and pick-up procedures, trained staff, and emergency readiness drills. 

1. Submit an interest form through the Keppel office or ELOP program link. 

2. Provide student information including emergency contacts and any special needs. 

3. Receive confirmation of enrollment and program details.
