At Keppel Elementary, we know that strong partnerships with families are essential for student success. As a Title I school, we are committed to providing meaningful opportunities for parents and guardians to be involved in their child’s education.

Parent Engagement Opportunities
- Throughout the year, families are invited to participate in:
- Back-to-School Night & Open House
- Parent Education Workshops on academics, social-emotional supports, and technology
- Café y Comunidad gatherings for families to connect
- Cultural and Family Events celebrating diversity and school pride
- School Site Council (SSC) and English Learner Advisory Committee (ELAC) meetings
- Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) activities and events
Parent Committees
- School Site Council (SSC): Reviews student achievement and helps plan school goals and spending
- ELAC: Advises on programs for English Learners
- PTA: Organizes community-building and fundraising events
